Rachel (the owner) works tirelessly to meet the needs of her students. She starts by figuring out the perfect student-to-tutor match and then leverages her unparalleled superpower of scheduling all her students, taking into consideration their complex after-school schedules. Extraordinary attention to detail, diligence and thoughtfulness. She is great.
The tutors are exceptional as well – they have mastered the subject matter and are able to guide their students through their learning journeys – meeting each kid where they are. Cody, Melissa and Clint were all fabulous tutors to my son and contributed significantly to his success in high school and readiness for college.

This venue is very beautiful. Thank you to Alycia for our virtual tour info and Sophie for an even better in person experience. Sophie would've been so wonderful to work with but we have decided to go with another venue due to it's location and it fitting our timeline and vibe/theme better. Despite that these ladies are truly amazing and the venue is pretty and the packages are great. I would highly recommend here for a Carmel wedding.
Great place to relax and enjoy sauna procedures. Loved the place, setup, was not crowded when my wife and I visited. Very reasonable priced considering the experience.
Plan on bringing flip flops with you, makes it easier to walk around.
Didn't see many Parking spots, the ones by the entrance were occupied. Possibly extra parking available.

We're frequent patients at the other two MoGo locations in the Monterey area. This was our first visit to this location.
Convenient appointment reservation system, linked with MyChart allowed us to save time and provide a bit of reassurance.
Upon arriving the recptionist was friendly and promptly started to check us in. But there was an issue with our account so MoGo was unable to see us. Since it was a Saturday, sadly we would not be able to resolve it until Monday.
The receptionist's empathy did seem authentic and she made a recommendation for a nearby convenient urgent care clinic. She said they'd be on duty and would accept our health insurance and provide the medical care needed that Saturday morning.
It all worked out. I had enough spare coins in our car to resolve the issue with our MoGo account and we now have an additional urgent care facility that is on duty when we need care.

Literally the best haircut I’ve ever had. I have wavy/curly hair that would get frizzy and unmanageable after every wash, and Michael understood exactly what to do even when I didn’t know what I wanted. My curls are more pronounced, my hair is growing out wonderfully, and I have to use less products, time, and effort to get amazing and FRIZZ FREE hair. The haircut reduced my frizz without having to add any products. I didn’t even know that was possible.

I came for my regular monthly grey color coverage and purple toner color, and when I asked Salma if my ends were fuzzy, she said yes gave me a trim. I managed to get a last-minute haircut to improve the blending and angle of my short, straight chin-length hair. The stylist did an excellent job, taking her time to check and recheck the layers. She was a master at blending my highlights with my natural color. I highly recommend her!

I have been getting my hair colored by Rosanna for years and her work is amazing! When I first started going to her my hair was so damaged from getting colored. The salon is tucked away in an alcove with other shops just off the main sidewalk. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. A friend recommended the salon.
My stylist, Beverly, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen and gave me great suggestions. I asked for a new look. I went in with moderate expectations for a trim and a few highlights. I came away with a makeover.
Beverly is a true artist and expert. She worked magic with my hair to create a look that best compliments my face. She went above and beyond with advice on how to complete the look. I left the salon with a new level of confidence.

The new lady - Kim gave me a beautiful layered cut. I have fine, but a lot of hair and on a whim felt like cutting it. She is GOOD! Meticulously going over it where needed. Very happy.
But I live in Napa - so am I going to find someone who can do exactly the same??!! Unlikely….. lol. Anyway - you can absolutely trust Kim!! I may just leave it until our return early September.

Jamilla is a real prize, quite good at what she does and a very nice person as well. If I have a muscle that is sore or strained, she knows just where and how much pressure to apply to sort it out, by the end of the massage all is grand. Even if nothing hurts, I still look forward to her massage, I still feel better afterwards, good preventive maintenance.
No need to wait until you NEED a massage, get one because you WANT one, it's well worth it.

Dr. Shannon and the entire team at Carmel Holistic Veterinary Clinic have been wonderful during the many years I've brought my 3 cats to them for wellness checks and when they started aging and incurring ailments. When 2 of my fur babies came to end of life, everyone was very compassionate. I'm grateful for the excellent veterinary care provided and the kindness in which it is given.
