I have been a patient here for the last 2 1/2 years. I must say that the staff here is the best! Each time that I have been in for either a regular cleaning or an emergency visit, the experience has been excellent! I went in today for a broken crown. From the moment I checked in at the front desk until I walked out of the front door, I was treated with a friendly attitude in a very professional environment. All of Dr. Brown’s assistants were phenomenal. There was no pain or discomfort during the whole procedure. Love Dr. Brown & Dr. Ward!!! I booked an appointment with the Carmel office after first calling Monterey and they were booked out. I didn’t even know there was a Carmel location. The office is beautiful and it’s such a great location. Not a far drive from Monterey at all & tons of parking - right next to Safeway so I can grab groceries on my way home. The dental team are all so nice and helpful. We are so happy we found them! A hidden gem in Carmel!

I recently took the plunge and transferred from my SF dentist to Dr. Brown after 7 years living in Carmel. I had read many positive reviews and my husband recently went to Dr. Brown and had rave reviews. Today I had a very professional and wonderful experience. Kelleye provided expert & friendly care as she x-rayed and cleaned my teeth. She pre-examined my teeth and prepared comments for Dr. Brown to review and finish the exam. His concern, professional and personal care were stellar. If you're in need of a new dentist, this office is perfect, including it's clean and modern decor & Covid protocol in place.
