Jamilla is a real prize, quite good at what she does and a very nice person as well. If I have a muscle that is sore or strained, she knows just where and how much pressure to apply to sort it out, by the end of the massage all is grand. Even if nothing hurts, I still look forward to her massage, I still feel better afterwards, good preventive maintenance. No need to wait until you NEED a massage, get one because you WANT one, it's well worth it.
