My experience at Carmel Family Dental has always been positive. When I lost a crown and needed to get an implant, Dr. Simonsen saw me quickly and did an excellent job giving me a temporary. I have also always felt pleased with my cleanings. Finally, everyone, from the front office staff to the doctor, makes me feel welcome and cared for as an individual.

All aspects of my first visit were great. Friendly and efficient front desk/phone encounters. Hygienist, Allison, was gentle, professional, thorough. Johanna, was skilled with getting X-rays and humorous. Explained everything she was doing. Dr. Simonsen was friendly, explained all findings and discussed options. Listened well, engaged. I will return and bring the rest of my family to this practice.

I was so impressed with Carmel Family Dentist. The office and treatment rooms were super contemporary and smelled great - not like a dentist's office, but of lavender and other uplifting essential oils. Dr. Simonsen and staff were courteous, professional and made me feel really welcomed as a new patient. Highly recommended!!!
