“Instructor Sarah came to our house for a private 90 min self defense class for our Girl Scout troop. It was one of our last troop activities before the girls go off to college. She was fantastic! She guided them through specific moves, they practiced and learned the moves. She also led an impactful discussion about how to handle themselves to hopefully avoid dangerous situations and also how to respond if it does happen. Highly recommend Sarah and Swiftkick!”

“We had our older son here for the first time this past summer for summer camp. We did the entire summer with two weeks off for two other camps. We couldn’t be happier that we chose to send him here. We had a recommendation from another family, who also does the afterschool program with them. Our son came home every day, so excited to talk about everything that he did, from field trips, pizza parties, the martial arts, which he loved the most, and all of the fun. Every single one of the camp counselors was wonderful to work with. The service and how they nurture the relationships with their families is top-notch. Communication was so easy too. They also have you in a private group where you can view photos and videos daily of the kiddos at camp so you know what they are up to. Thank you for everything Coach G and the team!
