“I honestly cannot recommend Excel Jiu-Jitsu enough. Before finding this academy, I had attempted to learn Jiu-Jitsu at a school overseas, and it was a difficult experience. “Martial Arts Concepts is an amazing studio. The atmosphere is so positive. Master Dan Paulson is a gifted instructor, who really knows how to teach and inspire. The black belts were kind, humble, and helpful. My son has taken classes there for four years, starting as a high school freshman. He has grown and changed so much during that time, gaining self-control, self-esteem (for learning new skills and surpassing his personal best, not because everyone gets a ribbon for showing up), respect for others, in addition to the martial arts skills that he learned. If he wasn't going off to college, he would still be going there. If you are looking for martial arts for boys or girls, this is a wonderful place to train.“
