If you’re looking for a women’s self-defense class look no further than SwiftKick Martial Arts. I wanted my daughter to learn some basic self-defense skills before heading off to college and Brian at SwiftKick exceeded our expectations. We not only enjoyed the class, but we left feeling more confident in our ability to defend ourselves if necessary. 5 out 5!

Reviews
My son really does enjoy participating in Swiftkick Martial Arts. The staff is super friendly and always makes us feel very welcomed. The instructors are very patient and attentive to the kids. My son has learned a lot!
Instructor Sarah came to our house for a private 90 min self defense class for our Girl Scout troop. It was one of our last troop activities before the girls go off to college. She was fantastic! She guided them through specific moves, they practiced and learned the moves. She also led an impactful discussion about how to handle themselves to hopefully avoid dangerous situations and also how to respond if it does happen. Highly recommend Sarah and Swiftkick!
