“I started training at 5 years old at a different gym, and came here over a year ago. This gym has sparked the fun back into jujitsu, Coach Whitney specifically has been so great and the way she walks you through the different moves while taking her time to make sure you fully understand it leaves me feeling so great about myself! Highly recommend you give this gym a try! Everyone is so great and the atmosphere is so kind and supportive!”
