“We had an excellent experience with California Flooring Design (CFD), they are great. It was extremely refreshing to meet and become educated in flooring details with Tom, our CFD sales person who knows more, by far, than any other sales person we had spoken with before meeting him. The installation crew and Ray (CFD owner) worked very closely with us to resolve one or two issues that appeared during the demolition phase of the project. Ray was extremely responsive and motivated to make sure our project came out perfectly and to ensure we had a great customer experience. As a result, we now have absolutely stunning red oak flooring installed throughout our house that has made a huge difference in the way it looks and feels. From the moment we initially reached out to them, we had a feeling we would move forward with Alpha Kitchen & Bath, and we’re glad we did. Alpha had the solutions we were looking for that fit the style we were trying to achieve with our remodel, and they exceeded our expectations.

It started with the quoting process of going back and forth with Rebecca and Adriana, and seamlessly continued with project manager Livan once we began making visits to their showroom and warehouse. The monthlong planning process allowed time for them to answer all of our many questions, to prepare their materials and for us to purchase ours, and we believe that set the project up for success.

Once the project got underway–kicked off with Livan and Vivian–it was smooth sailing. Our project was on budget and well ahead of schedule. Their crews worked quickly and with a high level of attention to detail. Since we were working from and living through the project, we were able to collaborate closely, making on-the-spot decisions to keep the project continuously moving forward. We also worked and communicated closely with Alpha with regards to minor changes in the scope, and the team was very accommodating. As a result, the final tally was extremely close to the initial final quote–very appreciative there were no overruns.

Importantly, we cannot emphasize how valuable it was to have a team come into our home that was this professional, polite, non-pressuring, and respectful. The entire Alpha Kitchen & Bath, through their words and actions, gave us confidence in their abilities and peace of mind throughout the entire process.

We have heard of others having gone through horror stories of blowing budgets and interminable timelines, but we were very thankful that we experienced none of this with Alpha.
