After 6 years in our home, our rooftop deck needed to be resurfaced. Our General Contractor recommended Magnesite Specialties/American Deck Systems. Their estimator arrived on time, the proposal was prompt and service began in a timely manner. This was all coordinated by and excellent inside group by text and email. I cannot recommend more highly.

We recently used Magnesite Specialties to repair, resurface and waterproof our 2 patio balconies. The team was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. The work was completed in a timely manner, and we are very happy with the finished product!

We have used Magnesite for over 20 years. They do an outstanding job every single time. They can diagnose a problem perfectly and know the solution. Recently we had a balcony leak which was fixed by Magnesite...before that it was a balcony sliding door that was improperly installed without flashing. Magnesite fixed it.The staff is terrific..Erin, Jimmy, everyone we come in contact with goes the extra mile. We have never been disappointed in Magnesite's professionalism. They are the first we contact when problems arise. Recommend them highly.
