“There is a huge Otay water tank on the hill behind my home. It started releasing water in the middle of the night, and it wasn't discovered until the next morning. My unit and 5 others had our downstairs wiped out with muddy, contaminated water. The drywall had to be take out several feet up, through the entire downstairs and out through the garage.R&M did a fantastic job restoring the downstairs. Particularly the texture on the walls -- from my experience, not everyone can do a good (or even passable) job matching/blending texture. R&M's work was impeccable. You cannot look anywhere, and see that a repair was ever done. They really do make it like the disaster never happened. Even in the garage behind where the washer/dryer go, or in the back of a closet that wraps under the stairs, their work is great. They did a great job even where it wouldn't be visible. My next door neighbor used them, and they did a great job with her place as well. Two of my other neighbors used other contractors, but after they compared the work in their places, vs. mine and my neighbors, they were wishing they had used R&M!
