Another excellent service call from Sieg. Easily replaced a wall mounted tub faucet without breaking any tile, and diagnosed/fixed a very tricky problem with a tub faucet. All for a very reasonable price. Thank you!
Lou was excellent. He saw Kohler sent me the wrong hose and called Kohler immediately. They told him the correct hose was back ordered and he explained to them that I had already waited months for the incorrect hose. Kohler then decided to send me a brand new faucet. Lou is simply awesome.
