There is a huge Otay water tank on the hill behind my home. It started releasing water in the middle of the night, and it wasn't discovered until the next morning. My unit and 5 others had our downstairs wiped out with muddy, contaminated water. The drywall had to be take out several feet up, through the entire downstairs and out through the garage.R&M did a fantastic job restoring the downstairs. Particularly the texture on the walls -- from my experience, not everyone can do a good (or even passable) job matching/blending texture. R&M's work was impeccable. We've used R&M Construction for three projects at two different properties, and their team is just consistently exceptional.
