Al the owner of Vista Flood and exceeded my expectations with my recent mold remediation. He was extremely responsive. He answered all of my questions. The pricing was reasonable. He completed the job ahead of schedule and kept me informed throughout the process. Al told me this is a family run business and it has the personal family feel for sure. If you are looking for great work Vista is the way to go.
We called Vista Flood Restoration to look at two problems in the garage: water coming in when it rains and some type of leak when the upstairs guest bedroom is used. Al responded quickly, showed up on time, and did an in-depth assessment. He looked at structural issues, measured the presence of mold and moisture, and took a look at potential plumbing issues. We were extremely impressed with the depth and breadth if his knowledge. He reassured us there were no structural issues or damage, we just needed to seal some gaps with epoxy. He recommended a plumber to fix a tiny crack in the waste line. He didn't charge us for the visit. We highly recommend this honest, service-oriented family business.
I highly recommend this company! I have now used them a number of times for properties that I've listed as I'm a real estate agent. They are responsive, professional, conscientious, and keep their word!!Unfortunately sometimes mold exists and water intrusion happens and if you need a great company to help you with your mold remediation, give them a call!
