Monarch Pilates
“After doing various forms of exercise over the last 30+ years, I started Pilates at Monarch and immediately saw a difference in my posture and strength. The focus of understanding how the exercises work the different muscles improved the workout immensely and the small class size means you receive personal corrections and feedback to be safe. I can now lift my granddaughter with proper form and enjoy playing at the playground without restriction or pain. Monarch Pilates has helped me to keep living my life as I always have and to continue to build strength as I age instead of losing it”
