I used yelp to contact Eco Grizzly to service my chimney. I needed a chimney, top damper and an inspection and thorough cleaning. Moishe contacted / texted me in less than five minutes. He asked all the right questions and we set up an appointment to begin. Their inspector came out in a couple of days and did a very thorough inspection of what needed to be done to the Chimney. Eco Grizzly pricing seemed reasonable to me so I scheduled an appointment for the technicians to come out in two weeks. They were able to come out earlier than expected and I was happy about that. Before I decided to use Eco Grizzly I had several companies come out for quotes and a cursory education. To be totally honest, Jack is the only one to actually show me a diagram of how the chimney is laid out and explain the cleaning process.
Pricing was actually one of the best too, though my decision was predicated more on a trust and a sense from meeting with them that I trusted them. Then when the technician, Poli, came of he could not have been nicer or more attentive to me and my property.
Highly recommend Eco Grizzly, you won't regret it, They will be our annual go to for chimney cleaning and inspection. Much thanks to Jack and his team.
