They did an amazing job laying a concrete foundation for my BBQ area. I also had them do all the electrical for my backyard renovation. They installed all the outlets and lighting fixtures and did a fantastic job. Their whole crew was super friendly and easy to work with. Lastly, after the job was completed, I realized that we had miscommunicated on one of the electrical outlets and it needed to be swapped out for a different box. Oscar graciously offered to come back and change it for me. The thoughtful customer service was so refreshing. I'm a customer for life!“

“Elan at Moda was able to help me complete a 865sqft concrete slab rebar project during our ADU build. He was very professional and gave us a great value for the work that was completed. It was difficult because of rainy weather, time, and labor needed, but we were able to pull it off, pass our inspections, and complete the work within the promised amount of time. I would recommend Moda for any construction needs. They are definitely one of the better guys out there doing quality work as promised. Would definitely rehire again for more work or other projects. And for sure recommend to family and friends.“

“I recently worked with Encore Builders on a front yard project, and I must say they delivered. Oz and Brandon were there every step of they way .My front yard is on a hillside and the driveway is kind of steep. The surrounding grass was looking sad and we wanted something a little more convenient and comfortable. I knew I wanted steps but I had no idea how it would look and fit the space. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Encore Builders was their use of a 3D designer to bring our vision to life. I am a little old fashioned and quite a stranger to all these technological advances but Oz suggested we work with a 3D designer to create draw up some imaging. They sent over their lovely designer who instantly pulled out her laptop and showed us some similar projects. I already liked what I was seeing. She recommended artificial grass and diagonal steps. The 3D imaging looked great and by then I was pretty set on getting the project rolling. I selected the grass type with Oz and asked them to start as soon as possible. Within a few days we were able to get the ball rolling and the job really only took a few days. The price was definitely lower than we expected and the results look even better than the design.The process of working with the 3D designer was great. Brandon and Oz were also great. Truly everyone on this team is great. I’m really happy with the color and liveliness of the grass. It makes the space look bigger and cleaner. The steps are much more convenient than the little hill driveway and the whole fam is pretty impressed. Encore Builders took the time to understand our preferences - nothing was rushed. The option for 3D design allowed us to envision the work without having to commit. It helped relieve the pressure a little bit since Im not used to these types of renovations.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Encore Builders highly enough for any landscaping work. I also recommend the use of 3D design to anyone who doesn’t want to jump right in to a project. Dont let other companies pressure you. Although this is an additional step in the process it is a great tool and gives you an idea of a final result.“

“I've worked with many contractors before, but Lior is hands down one of the best. I'm extremely detail-oriented and have minor OCD to the point where I am usually the one that is telling contractors how I want things done, but I quickly realized that Lior is the same way- in the best way possible. He is the type of person that remembers every single thing that has been discussed with him down to the smallest detail, and that is very rare for contractors. He has an incredible eye for design and gave me great suggestions on different options we could move forward with for our project. He demolished our backyard and completely transformed our backyard with new concrete, turf, lights, etc. and the entire project was finished in record time in about 3 weeks. I gave him an unrealistic finish date and he finished our backyard in time. His crew was always early or on time, cleaned up every day, and were so respectful and kind. “Pearl did an amazing job on my patio deck. We used to have an old and cracked concrete pad for the floors and a rotting wood cover on top of it. We were looking to make it a bit more contemporary. With Pearl's help we designed a modern structure covered with stucco and some wood work on top of it for some contrast. This required an actual plan submitted to the city believe it or not but I guess they have to do for the building permit process. It took some time but eventually we got approved. We went with an Ipe deck for the floors, no stain was added, just a clear coat for protection. The result is amazing! They have exceeded our expectation. From the very beginning they were on time, kept us informed on the permit process and everything. As in every project I'm sure we have minor delays but I rather wait and get better results than finish fast and then feel sorry for not perfecting the project or making mistakes“

They worked fast and were very professional. They even worked late into the evening to complete the job faster. His crew consists of very hard working individuals who know what they are doing. “We enjoyed working with Pacific Outdoor Living and love our backyard remodel! We installed new pavers, artificial turf, a curb wall for fence installation, resurfaced our pool with mini pebble, retiled our pool, installed new automated pool equipment and added a waterfall feature. They were patient with us during the design process as we asked for estimates for things that we didn't end up doing because they were out of budget. They may be more expensive than hiring different subcontractors yourself to do each separate area but it was worth it to just deal with one person managing the job, the permits and use qualified subcontractors that they know do good work. We used a separate contractor for a new louvered pergola because we wanted a particular brand with screens but pacific outdoor worked with them to get the permit inspection and pavers done around it. We are very happy with how the backyard turned out.“

“We first hired Steve and crew to replace a fence on the side of our house, and get rid of a planter and pour concrete to increase the size of the driveway. One of Steve's employees/subcontractors named Dean did the work. He did an amazing job. Super detail oriented, and organized throughout the job. It pretty much came out perfect.Since we were so impressed with this job, we hired Steve again to do some concrete and stucco repair work on the house then paint the exterior. Our house had many cracks, so it was a decent sized job. There were some issues with the visibility of the crack repairs, so Steve came in and redid the stucco on large portions of the house at no cost to us. We were very impressed by this responsiveness.
