We built a new deck around the spa, that came out beautiful, the artificial grass looks great, and the landscaping and lighting made everything feel warm without looking overdesigned. We enjoy using the yard now instead of just looking at it through the windows, and that is the best outcome we could hope for. “Golden Hands Builders did a great job with our bathroom expansion and remodel. We had a 1/2 bath that we wanted to expand to a 3/4 bath (removed/extended a wall and added a full shower). They were on time and on budget. They communicated regularly and ahead of time via a group text. We always knew when worker's were going to show up and they always showed up when they said they would (that's been very rare in my past experiences). The workers were always polite, always protected the pathways and always cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the work was excellent and we will definitely use them again (have two more bathrooms and a kitchen that will need work).”

“I had Lush Gardens rebuild a custom fence and driveway gate. I wanted an accurate copy of an existing fence and gate and Lush Gardens was able to deliver what I wanted, down to reconstructing a custom latch system that my husband had designed. The work was done carefully and the guys on site were all consummate professionals. My only quibble was that construction required taking over my whole backyard for cutting and staining the wood so I wasn’t able to use my backyard at all during the process. However , cleanup was great and the fence looks built to last. I would gladly hire Lush Gardens for any future work.”

The roofing team finished the roof within 3–4 days and passed all inspections without any issues. We previously had a roof leak, and Omri and his team did a great job addressing it and delivering high-quality work.<br><br>From the very beginning, Omri clearly presented the roofing materials, pricing, and full scope of work, which gave us a lot of confidence. On top of that, we also installed a solar system with them. Omri and his team explained the entire solar system, pricing, and schedule in detail, and they even spoke directly with our accountant to confirm all the information.<br><br>Everything happened on time, exactly as scheduled. “Erik at Serrato Builder really knows concrete. We wanted something that looked high end and custom, not just plain gray concrete, and the stamped colored finish came out better than we expected. The texture, color combination, and overall design gave our home a completely different look.<br><br>What stood out most was Erik’s eye for detail and helping us choose a style that matched the house perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in the work and has experience with decorative concrete. Definitely recommend Serrato Builder if you want quality stamped or colored concrete that actually stands out.”

We signed a contract that we thought we could trust and paid the down payment, but nearly two years have passed, along with my elderly friend who this garage restoration was to accommodate while her home was being demolished and rebuilt - now they have just ignored my calls, promised a refund several times and taken no action based on their words. Permits are all they have submitted, no follow up calls or updates, letters of project start date, etc. $31,000+ down the drain on this project with no company contact number showing on the website. I am not happy to leave a negative report, and was excited to see a change for the better in this property. But the bigger picture is even more interesting...”
