“We had been putting this project off for a long time because it felt like too much to take on, but I'm really glad we finally did it Regal completely transformed our property, from the front yard to the backyard. We built a new deck around the spa, that came out beautiful, the artificial grass looks great, and the landscaping and lighting made everything feel warm without looking overdesigned. We enjoy using the yard now instead of just looking at it through the windows, and that is the best outcome we could hope for. We signed a contract that we thought we could trust and paid the down payment, but nearly two years have passed, along with my elderly friend who this garage restoration was to accommodate while her home was being demolished and rebuilt - now they have just ignored my calls, promised a refund several times and taken no action based on their words. Permits are all they have submitted, no follow up calls or updates, letters of project start date, etc. $31,000+ down the drain on this project with no company contact number showing on the website. I am not happy to leave a negative report, and was excited to see a change for the better in this property. But the bigger picture is even more interesting...“

“Golden Hands Builders did a great job with our bathroom expansion and remodel. We had a 1/2 bath that we wanted to expand to a 3/4 bath (removed/extended a wall and added a full shower). They were on time and on budget. They communicated regularly and ahead of time via a group text. We always knew when worker's were going to show up and they always showed up when they said they would (that's been very rare in my past experiences). The workers were always polite, always protected the pathways and always cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the work was excellent and we will definitely use them again (have two more bathrooms and a kitchen that will need work).“

“I had Lush Gardens rebuild a custom fence and driveway gate. I wanted an accurate copy of an existing fence and gate and Lush Gardens was able to deliver what I wanted, down to reconstructing a custom latch system that my husband had designed. The work was done carefully and the guys on site were all consummate professionals. My only quibble was that construction required taking over my whole backyard for cutting and staining the wood so I wasn’t able to use my backyard at all during the process. However , cleanup was great and the fence looks built to last. I would gladly hire Lush Gardens for any future work.“

“We first hired Steve and crew to replace a fence on the side of our house, and get rid of a planter and pour concrete to increase the size of the driveway. One of Steve's employees/subcontractors named Dean did the work. He did an amazing job. Super detail oriented, and organized throughout the job. It pretty much came out perfect.Since we were so impressed with this job, we hired Steve again to do some concrete and stucco repair work on the house then paint the exterior. Our house had many cracks, so it was a decent sized job. There were some issues with the visibility of the crack repairs, so Steve came in and redid the stucco on large portions of the house at no cost to us. We were very impressed by this responsiveness.
