“Danny was excellent to work with. I had at least 7 different quotes with various levels of work with a wide range of cost. “I've worked with many contractors before, but Lior is hands down one of the best. I'm extremely detail-oriented and have minor OCD to the point where I am usually the one that is telling contractors how I want things done, but I quickly realized that Lior is the same way- in the best way possible. He is the type of person that remembers every single thing that has been discussed with him down to the smallest detail, and that is very rare for contractors. He has an incredible eye for design and gave me great suggestions on different options we could move forward with for our project. He demolished our backyard and completely transformed our backyard with new concrete, turf, lights, etc. and the entire project was finished in record time in about 3 weeks. I gave him an unrealistic finish date and he finished our backyard in time. His crew was always early or on time, cleaned up every day, and were so respectful and kind. They did things for us beyond our scope of work because they are just good people. Thank you Lior and Adept, we will be hiring you for all our future projects!!“

They worked fast and were very professional. They even worked late into the evening to complete the job faster. His crew consists of very hard working individuals who know what they are doing. “Pearl did an amazing job on my patio deck. We used to have an old and cracked concrete pad for the floors and a rotting wood cover on top of it. We were looking to make it a bit more contemporary. With Pearl's help we designed a modern structure covered with stucco and some wood work on top of it for some contrast. This required an actual plan submitted to the city believe it or not but I guess they have to do for the building permit process. It took some time but eventually we got approved. We went with an Ipe deck for the floors, no stain was added, just a clear coat for protection. The result is amazing! They have exceeded our expectation. From the very beginning they were on time, kept us informed on the permit process and everything. As in every project I'm sure we have minor delays but I rather wait and get better results than finish fast and then feel sorry for not perfecting the project or making mistakes“
“We enjoyed working with Pacific Outdoor Living and love our backyard remodel! We installed new pavers, artificial turf, a curb wall for fence installation, resurfaced our pool with mini pebble, retiled our pool, installed new automated pool equipment and added a waterfall feature. They were patient with us during the design process as we asked for estimates for things that we didn't end up doing because they were out of budget. They may be more expensive than hiring different subcontractors yourself to do each separate area but it was worth it to just deal with one person managing the job, the permits and use qualified subcontractors that they know do good work. We used a separate contractor for a new louvered pergola because we wanted a particular brand with screens but pacific outdoor worked with them to get the permit inspection and pavers done around it. We are very happy with how the backyard turned out.“

“These guys are great! Finding reliable, competent contractors with fair pricing in the Valley is virtually impossible. Oscar and his team offer all of the above. They did an amazing job laying a concrete foundation for my BBQ area. I also had them do all the electrical for my backyard renovation. They installed all the outlets and lighting fixtures and did a fantastic job. Their whole crew was super friendly and easy to work with. Lastly, after the job was completed, I realized that we had miscommunicated on one of the electrical outlets and it needed to be swapped out for a different box. Oscar graciously offered to come back and change it for me. The thoughtful customer service was so refreshing. I'm a customer for life!“

“Came here today after driving by a few times & seeing all the types of soil on their open frame yard. I'm an amateur gardener who's upgrading my raised beds for my fall season food crops. The soil they sell in bags at Home Depot is GARBAGE. That's what I used last year, and it choked everything I had. It's very expensive and totally ruined all my seeds. I was devastated after all the work I did to create my home garden & was determined to find soil that would win for me. This place is incredible. They're EXTREMELY fair h their prices. I got half a cubic foot of raw organic compost & half a cubic foot of 50/50 soil (1 full cubic foot) for only $30! That was more than enough to fill all 5 of my raised beds AND to re pot several plants into large barrel potters & still have enough left to do 3 potato bags! Y'all... lol. I would've EASILY spent $100+ on the pre made bags at Home Depot or Lowes for the same amount of the crappy stuff! The staff here are VERY helpful & easygoing and even helped my friend & I to load the soil in our bags. If you don't have a home garden already, I don't know why you're sleeping on it. There's nothing better than going grocery shopping in your own backyard... especially in this economy! Come get the good soil here! When flies follow you to your car, you know your soil is the shit! (Literally & figuratively lol! )“

“Cipriano Perez is my only call when I need something done in the yard. He installed our back yard synthetic lawn a few years ago. Great job, no complaints. Still looks beautiful. He does the install himself - he doesn't just send a crew and hope for the best. He's done sprinkler work, planting, and built steps as well. He most recently cut back some Palm roots (lots of roots) that were affecting a retaining wall. Hard worker, fair price, nice guy.“
