“2 thumbs up and a big thank you to nurse practitioner, Sherene Louie. I went in for a Covid test. It was my first Covid and I was in my day 6. I still felt awful but hopeful for a negative results. NP Sherene was professional, patient and clear in her explanations. She was sympathetic and thoughtful. Although I was still positive, I felt better because I understood my symptoms better and what to expect in the coming days. Really great service. I don't remember feeling this good even from my regular doctor's visits And what a big bonus when she called a couple of days later to check how I was. I know how so, so busy you are, that is why I can't thank you enough, NP Sherene!“

“I brought my daughter and Alicia one of the medical assistants was extremely helpful and was able to educate me about my daughter health. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and made the visit interactive and she wasn't crying (my daughter) and she made the visit fun and quick. Highly recommend, thank you again Alicia!“

Despite some negative Yelp reviews, I suspect they might stem from isolated bad experiences, unlike my catastrophic encounter with Kaiser near downtown Redwood City - what a nightmare that was! Here, even walk-ins are met with short wait times, thanks to their efficient appointment system. Both primary care and specialist appointments have been top-notch. The building layout is well-designed, with ample parking and a serene interior. Plus, there's room for expansion, a testament to thoughtful city planning. Compared to my Kaiser ordeal, this place is heaven.“

“I was surprised to see all these negative reviews. My current experience has been good. thoughtful and attentive staff. I'm dealing with a concussion and post concussion syndrom. The staff gave me an ice pack in the waiting room. I've been mult times and I feel safe in Dr. Marcus's treatment plan and care. The only negative is when you call they don't answer the phone. If you walk in you will get an appointment to my experienc. I've been there twice so far and have a follow up next week. I like Concentra on 3 Linden Ave.Edit I'm back for a follow up. I had an 11am appointment. I'm still here. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours to see a doctor WITH an appointment. I'm still waiting for my worker status report. I've been told Dr. Marcus no longer works at the location.“

“NP Deem was great! Listened to my concerns, was very thorough, and seemed knowledgeable. Very cheerful disposition :) I arrived on time for my appointment and was seen right away. In and out in 20 mins with a prescription waiting at the pharmacy for me.All of my appointments here (4) have been similarly pleasant.
