From the booking experience to the appointment itself and payment, each step of this process was 11/10. I live all the way in Oakland but this hospital was recommended to me by friends, and I am really glad I was able to be seen with such short notice. They really care about transparency and making you feel at ease.My cat was having some urinary issues and I felt comfortable asking questions about the procedures and the cost throughout the visit.
