A lot of our veterans in the gym and community are always welcoming and sharing equipment with all of us. I feel much more confident now about my fitness capacity, especially since I can see the huge improvement in my performance from my marathon and triathlon sports. Thanks to Caitlin, Matt, Kim, and other coaches for all the great tips and advice when we are doing the workout. Can't wait to become a CrossFitter in the future.“

15431 Electronic Ln, Huntington Beach“I used to dislike burpees, running, and squats.
Then I found CrossFit at DRS. At first, the workouts were tough, but what I liked about DRS was that you can work at your own pace, and the coaches support you every step of the way. They really listen to your needs, modify workouts if necessary, and provide valuable tips to improve your performance.
The community is also incredibly supportive, and the high fives between workouts help keep you going during the tough ones.
After two months at DRS, I feel stronger both physically and mentally, and I look forward to coming in every day to continue improving.“

We moved to Long Beach a few months ago and I wanted to find an expert Trainer with deep experience working with folks over 40 years old. David is perfect! I also really like Trey, who owns the facility. Our workouts are fun, have the right amount of challenge, and are different every time. The studio is just the right size and they have all the equipment you'll need for a good workout. And, it's always great to feel sore and sexy after a workout!“

It was a bonus that she was able to take a trial class with a borrowed gi before committing. I love that she enjoys going every week cause it's fun (according to her), but it makes my mom heart happy and at ease knowing she's picking up self-defense skills, too.“

An intimate gymn experience. Small class where you are given attention and can ask questions. The other people at this gymn are very supportive and kind and will help you as well. Price wise ...these kinda gymns are always on the high side but this gymn is on the more reasonable side but yes it is still more expensive than the gymns you pay for and don't go to haha. If you are on the fence... go check it out they offer small circuit training and fighting classes like mma and boxing workouts. That is more variety than the other spots. Hopefully this review helps.“

My job demands a lot from me physically, and I'm also a devoted family man. Prioritizing my health and sustaining good energy levels weren't really on my radar until I started training with Tony. It's safe to say that working with him has transformed my perspective. Now, I can genuinely attest to what it means to feel lean, strong, and youthful. If you're serious about elevating your fitness and overall well-being, Tony is the man you need to connect with. He's not just the real deal; he's a true expert in his field, and his knowledge shines through in everything he does. From offering invaluable guidance on nutrition, optimizing sleep, recommending the right supplements, crafting tailored workouts, aiding with recovery, and helping me navigate the challenges of an aging body, Tony has been my guiding light. Thanks to his expertise and unwavering support, I feel stronger and better than ever before. Working with Tony is a game-changer for your health journey, no doubt about it.“

4720 E 7th St, Long Beach“I've been training Muay Thai for a few years now and this is one of my favorite gyms I've trained at. The gym is small but it doesn't affect the quality of training at all in my opinion. Coach Gerson and Coach Anthony AKA "Frog" are very knowledgeable and you can tell they take a lot of pride in teaching good Muay Thai technique. I've learned a lot of new techniques at fight solutions and can say my Muay Thai has grown a lot training here. This gym is a very close knit group and I'm proud to be apart of it. I feel blessed to live right next to this gym. Being able to walk 5 minutes to such a good gym is awesome. Thank you Fight Solutions HQ! -Chris W“

12145 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove“I’ve been going to Chuze almost every weekday for the last five months, so…. this is what I think..Chuze is great. I go to use the treadmill, which DOES NOT have a time limit! You can go past the hour mark and not have it shut down on you like every other gym (super nice for distant runners!). Unfortunately, the ellipticals do stop on the hour, so I usually wait for it to timeout before restarting, or I just leave (only using till my knee heals).Chuze has great temperature.I’ve tried Planet Fitness and it’s unbearably hot, like suffering every minute from the heat (I think it’s so you’d leave sooner). It’s so much cooler at Chuze, especially in the morning or after 10pm. It can get stuffy with a lot of people, but I run and I still find it better than PF.For weekdays I aim to go 4am-6am, or 10pm-close. Other times can get crowded.Other things I love:-Cleanliness-Friendly Staff-Turf area (I just started using)-Chuze Rewards (So close to first free month!)-Plenty of wipesDislikes:-Fountain water (taste gross! I bring my own)-Can get crowded-People’s kneesOverall, great gym!Not gonna stop going“

The other two weren't bad, but I didn't feel that I was progressing as quickly as desired. A friend referred me to Body Solutions, and I am so thankful!. Julie truly has magic hands! I have a rare issue (TOS), causing severe issues in my arm, chest and shoulder and recently had surgery. I was scheduled in quickly and the staff is incredible! The owners Julie and Ish, and the entire Staff, are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The other patients are recovering from a myriad of surgeries and injuries. They are very busy, and all work as a team to support the patients. I have been going for 5 weeks and have major improvements. I will definitely return for future injuries.“
