“It took my husband to Urgent Care on a Saturday evening at 5.40. He had fallen backwards and struck his head which bled profusely. Very scary!. I got him in the car with a towel and ice and arrived at Urgent Care very soon before closing time. Was worried we'd be sent away. Everyone from front office to nursing staff and physician were very caring and unhurried and gave my husband wonderful care. They tested him for concussion and put in 13 staples in his scalp. We were very grateful for the terrific care we got. We are elderly and I could not have driven to John Muir in Walnut Creek in the dark.“
