This is a GREAT facility! Everyone is always kind and professional. I went there when I had Covid a year or two back, and now with the Flu as well. The testing was fast, painless, and accurate. I got my results back quickly. Staff assisted me with my questions and concerns. The facility itself is spacious and clean. All the needed technology appears to be there. They've been able to get me in for care the same day that I needed it! And they take Kaiser insurance- my copay is the same! There's really no reason for me not to appreciate & use this facility! I recommend!!

Alright, so I visited Kaiser because I had a pretty severe sore throat that had been bothering me for a few days. It was causing pain in my tonsils, along with earaches, a pounding headache, and discomfort in my eyes. However, my experience at Kaiser left me feeling unheard. They didn't even bother to check my vitals or take my temperature, and it seemed like they were rushing through the process just to get to their lunch break.After getting a swab test, I was told I'd have to wait until the next day for the results. Today was my first visit. There was no line. Fast approval of insurance. Johnathan and Chelsie were very knowledgeable. Will be back for my next allergy shots and whatever I need.
