“Daniel Burja built new deck stairs for us. He also went above and beyond by removing an existing staircase electric chair when I couldn't get the company to start the job right away. Daniel kept communications going on the progress and answered all our questions. Daniel found a significant unrelated issue and brought it to my attention, then hired the right company to fix it. “Jim Parden built my new house from the ground up from 2019-2021. I had originally gone with a "less expensive" builder who promised the world and of course prices mysteriously increased and time lines were not met. Jim took over and completed my project, after the original structure was demolished and oversaw everything from pouring foundation on. My "complaint" would be project management of time, I think all projects take longer than expected. But I have to say now that it's all done I'm ok with it. Why? Because, whenever I go in other new construction homes I always see how much better quality my house is compared to other homes. Often from builders that charged 10%-30% more than what I paid. They always say when you build a house there is 1) Time 2) Quality and 3) Price. But you only get 2 of those 3. I honestly feel I got Great Quality, Good Price, and Good Enough Time. But the real test is, would I do it again or would I hire him for my next project and my answer is a resounding Yes! Also, it's been 2 years now, and Jim has always been very responsive for the random quirks or small fixes that inevitably show up in a new house. Thanks Jim!“
