I live next to two of this man's properties in Boulder Creek. Hw doesn't look after them or the tenants. His RV is parked illegally on the street. He is arrogant and dismissive of women

This man owns three lots on my street in Boulder Creek. He has homes on two with tenants. He does not maintain their properties in a timely fashion. The third tiny parcel He got in a fight with the neighbors over. He lost. For a year now he has parked a 27' RV at the end of the street. He claims it is on his property but it is not. He has a tenant in there too, who has no plumbing. He is arrogant and seems to hold women in low regard. I would not let this man near my property. Ever.

I hired Dave Butler to fix an issue with our home several years ago. I disagreed with his assessment of what needed to be done, but he assured me that he was giving me a five year warranty so I had nothing to worry about. Sure enough, I was right. He had worked on the wrong area and charged me over $1000. He did a couple other small things that turned out ok. So I call and I call. I email and email. No reply. I got so frustrated I had my wife take over trying to get him to respond and honor his warranty. No reply. FINALLY, although it took well over a year, and closer to two, to get him to come look at it and he refused to do any more work until we had some other stuff...read full review
