Jim Parden built my new house from the ground up from 2019-2021. I had originally gone with a "less expensive" builder who promised the world and of course prices mysteriously increased and time lines were not met. Jim took over and completed my project, after the original structure was demolished and oversaw everything from pouring foundation on. My "complaint" would be project management of time, I think all projects take longer than expected. But I have to say now that it's all done I'm ok with it. Why?
