I am so thankful that I found California Karate Academy, my daughter attends classes in the Vista studio, and all the instructors are extremely professional, passionate, helpful and friendly. My daughter looks forward to going to her classes every week and as a parent you really appreciate how they teach the kids about self awareness and respect and responsibility. My daughter and son have both been attending California Karate Academy for a few months now, and feel like we have hit the jackpot. The instructional quality is excellent. The kids are learning so much, and having a blast doing it. They are working on useful self defense skills as well as the disciplined beauty of forms (sequences of moves), language, technique, athleticism, perseverance, self-management, and more. They have made friends in class, and also see a lot of familiar faces from school and other activities we've been involved in. I’ve taken my son to California Karate Academy for a couple years, closing in on 3. This is hands down one of the best places you can take your child to learn martial arts, acquire discipline, and to just have fun.Every single instructor there is top notch and really care about the progress of your child. You can tell they all have a deep love for training, teaching, and inspire the kids to have the same.
