Great Academy. I’ve been training here since 2013 and my jiujitsu and confidence in my ability to defend myself, compete in tournaments, and help new students fall in love with jiujitsu like I did has grown a lot over the years. You get the individual attention you need when you start off to get you going. And there’s lots of students who can answer questions and help you on your journey. And the kids program has been growing if you plan to sign up as a family.

My kids started jiu jitsu a year ago at Figueroa BJJ and their confidence has boosted so much . they really enjoy coming to class and even started competing and have even placed 1st, their instructors are patient and very knowledgeable and will go to all their tournaments to coach . Seeing my boys grow here at the gym has inspired me to train as-well and it’s something we do as a family now, highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to start there journey in jiu jitsu.
