“This is my experience with Felix.

Judge for yourself if he deserved a rating of 5 or not. Or if deserves a 6 (?)

FIRST OF ALL: When I found his existing Yelp page and saw there was ONLY 5-star reviews, I was suspicious. One time I rented an AirBnb and after the rental was over the scam was "I'll give you a discount for a 5-star review". Was this the case with Felix Backflow? ANSWER: not at all.

SECOND: My purpose in getting my irrigation backflow device tested is that I had ASSUMED that the device doubled as a pressure reducer. By email, when making my appointment, Felix advised that no, backflow only does backflow prevention. Just now he told me in person "there might be a 10% reduction in pressure as it goes through the passages, but it's not designed to reduce pressure".

THIRD: He arrived on time, and on a Saturday afternoon (his preference, I think because he had a nearby appointment earlier anyway). He had previously advised me by email that a backflow test was $65.00 and a rubber kit installation was $230, if repair is needed.

FOURTH: He tested my backflow. He said it functioning normally. He answered my questions about irrigation pressure and gave me some reasonable advice.

FIFTH: I asked him as he picked up his toolbox and work order clipboard, "how can I pay you? Do you take check?" HIS ANSWER: "Oh, no charge. I was in the area anyway. If you want to, just put your experience online... what is that site? I can never remember..." (It was YELP!) He shook my hand and I said I felt like hugging him! (No hug actually took place).

So there you go... THIS WAS UNBELIEVABLE! He made a housecall, tested my backflow, and DID NOT CHARGE me!

Of course he'll probably charge you... and I am not sure why he didn't charge me... but he didn't.

So now I have my opinion of Felix BackfloW Prevention. With NO negative reviews, and all 5-stars, it's well-deserved. Honest, knowledgeble, kind.“

We are very happy form the way it came out
Everything look so pretty and the small details are to die for

Their crew is extremely respectful and professional
They cover the floors and used plastic dividers to protect our house from damage and dust.
They kept the job site clean as much as possible .

“I was looking into getting a CleanCut product installed, and this company was listed as a local installer. Contacted this company and spoke to Tyler. Tyler was pleasant and listened to my concerns. This company has installed numerous CleanCut products, and I wanted someone who knew what they were doing because they literally cut a piece out of your exiting bathtub and there is very little room for error. Installer Joao arrived on time (and had a mask on, by the way) and prior to starting the job, he placed drop cloths on our floor from the bathroom to the front door. He was very respectful of our home. Cutting into fiberglass can kick up quite a bit of dust but he constantly had the vacuum going minimizing the dust. He was very clean! “Received several quotes for a specific job. I was very weary about what the job entailed and just needed someone knowledgable and reliable. I wanted someone to stick to their timeline because the specific project affected 2 bedrooms, 1 of which was my kids' bedroom. Nathan came in, assured me of the work and stayed within his timeline. Bedrooms were done in no time. I then had him price out electrical and additional work in the kitchen. I like that I trust him and his team. They are professional and clean up everyday.
