We had R.A.D. Construction come out during inspections while we were purchasing our home. It's a nearly 100-year-old house, so we wanted to make sure the foundation was in good shape and also wanted to see what it would take to get the home earthquake retrofitted. We had a slight crack in our foundation, as well needed post and piers put in, and we also decided to go ahead and have the house earthquake retrofitted.
