Received an "Annual Backflow Assembly Test Report Due" letter in the mail. After confirming this is a real thing and not some scam, I looked at the sandiego.gov list of backflow test providers and crosschecked some company names with Yelp. Felix was the third place that I contacted and the only one who responded. The rate was great and he came out the following week to do whatever a backflow test is and sent the paperwork to the city on my behalf. Fast, easy, painless, cheap, perfect.

100% Give this man a call. If there were 10 stars I'd give him that much. Every year the city requires I perform a backflow test and I have used Felix for a few years now and I can't rave enough about him. He's very responsive, has high standards of customer service and customer quality. His prices are very reasonable. And he is a very nice and patient person!!! Strongly recommend for anyone who needs his service, I can guarantee he will not steer you wrong.
