“When I went inside with my folded piece of paper in hand, the lady was busy with a customer on the phone. She acknowledged me so I waved back then she approached me, still talking to her customer through the phone and she knew I had a part number written on that piece of paper that she took from my hand and went to her computer, typed on the keyboard, and there it was, the part that I needed and did it all while talking to a customer and dealing with me without having to say anything. To me, that is amazing, she knows her appliances, she even said the part number wasn't right, this is it right here! I wasn't gonna judge or second guess her, she knows her stuff. I've been there a few times this year ordering parts for appliances and there's only been a couple of times they've had to order it to be shipped to the store and it was there the next day, got the call to pick it up and as always your greeted with a smile and a friendly atmosphere. Everyone that works there makes you feel welcomed and even give you advice on how to fix a problem with your appliance, 2 thumbs up for the staff at Kimbro's appliance service and repair.“
