I called Kimbro's and got a service appointment the next day to evaluate my dryer that had stopped working. Robert inspected my dryer and noted the problem was the dryer motor was frozen and recommend replacing the motor as everything else was in good working order. The next day Lisa quoted me the price for the parts and labor and it was very reasonable, I appreciated Kimbro's was confident my dry only needed a repair and they never tried to up-sell me in buying a new dryer. I hired them to clean my dryer vent and they were honest and said it didn't need it. No upsell here. I appreciate their straightforward and honest approach. They have worked on appliances in the past and done a great job, too!
When I went inside with my folded piece of paper in hand, the lady was busy with a customer on the phone. She acknowledged me so I waved back then she approached me, still talking to her customer through the phone and she knew I had a part number written on that piece of paper that she took from my hand and went to her computer, typed on the keyboard, and there it was, the part that I needed and did it all while talking to a customer and dealing with me without having to say anything.
