I called Kimbro's and got a service appointment the next day to evaluate my dryer that had stopped working. Robert inspected my dryer and noted the problem was the dryer motor was frozen and recommend replacing the motor as everything else was in good working order. The next day Lisa quoted me the price for the parts and labor and it was very reasonable, I appreciated Kimbro's was confident my dry only needed a repair and they never tried to up-sell me in buying a new dryer. Lisa contacted me that my parts were in and Robert would be by the next day to complete the dryer repair. I hired them to clean my dryer vent and they were honest and said it didn't need it. No upsell here. I appreciate their straightforward and honest approach. They have worked on appliances in the past and done a great job, too!
