The warranty company quoted me a date for service, but I called the repair company, R&K Appliances, and they got me in sooner. Even though it was an extended warranty they worked extra hard to get the parts in so my washer could be fixed sooner. Kudos to Jonathan for his professionalism and clean, speedy work! We will definitely call them if we have any appliance problems.“
