“We prefer older units because the quality is better. Today's workers don't seem to care about how important a pay check is. That being said. They were great to work with, and we couldn't be happier with are new old washing machine.“

“R&K was the service provider that my home warranty scheduled to do a repair on my double wall oven. Appointment was scheduled & had what appeared to be a "no show". Called R&K direct & found that they never received contact from warranty company (Sears Cinch) to schedule the job. They scheduled for appt w/in week as they were doing out of town jobs that week. John showed up ready to work, very professional, determined the problem, ordered the part which arrived within a week. Sears/Cinch scheduled R&K to come back out to install within 2 days. Contacted R&K and learned that once again they were never contacted to work within their schedule. R&K got me scheduled. Again arrived on time, rdy to get down to business. The part was defective, an obvious defect able to see, which John referred back to warranty company. Within 2 weeks, and no part received, Sears/Cinch had scheduled another company to come out to do a service call & "determine what the issue was". I called both companies & Sears, only to learn that Sears decided to call a different company to start all over. I might note that the other company had the same poor communication with the warranty company. Sears actually claimed they never scheduled R&K to do the first repair. I've read the negative reviews for R&K and find it appalling that this type of communication breakdown between the home warranty company and the service provider that they contract with could result in the service provider receiving negative reviews. I will certainly keep R&K's number and use, request & recommend them for appliance repair needs in the future. As far as my oven goes, after 7 weeks and 50+ hours on the phone for status/followup Sears/Cinch decided to replace the oven. I'm still in the process of figuring out how this will work. I am hopeful that R&K will do the installation.Service: Oven repair“
