Noir Men's Grooming is the perfect place if you want privacy because there is only one guy at a time. It's also a total man cave with dark lighting, awesome tv, and no one else bugging you. The best, however, is the magnificent Natasha. Not only is she a perfectionist in cleanliness and her craft, but she is one of the kindest, most generous souls. I call her the oracle (from the Matrix). She takes everyone wherever they are. If you want to talk, she'll engage and be real. If you want quiet, she'll do that. Yes, it's going to cost you $70 more than a nail factory, but it's worth every penny for 90 minutes of peace, chill, and great service. This meticulous woman makes sure every nail is just right. Parking is easy underground at San Vicente and Wilshire, but when you leave, it feels like you just had a great hand, foot, and mental massage. It just doesn't get better than Natasha!“
