Our project was anything but straightforward. We completed a full kitchen remodel, a complete back bathroom renovation, a middle bath makeover, added a new exterior front door, installed a new interior bathroom door, and somehow fit a full-size laundry into an incredibly tight space…all in an older Venice building with plenty of surprises.

The reason everything went so smoothly was Tom, our project manager. Five-star communication, patient, and always focused on finding solutions. He was transparent about budget, helped us think through long-term goals, and was honest about where it made sense to invest and where we could save.

What stood out most was the trust we built throughout the project. I never felt like I had to second-guess recommendations or worry about change orders. When we discussed changes, I knew they would be handled fairly and transparently, which made the renovation far less stressful.

The crew was excellent, very respectful, calm, and skilled. I am thrilled with how the work turned out. We lived in the unit for most of the renovation, and they worked carefully around us and our tenants, keeping the site clean and organized throughout.

Most impressively, they completed an enormous amount of work on an incredibly fast timeline without sacrificing quality.

“we began with a small project. I was impressed with how David integrated what we had rather than throwing out the old and ordering completely new things. On the first project (updating the living room) he had several good ideas that were reasonably priced and helped create a new look for the living room. We next moved onto the den. David picked wonderful fabrics for us to choose from. the craftsmen that he uses do great quality work. there was never a redo or mistake. Once of the things that most impressed us was the fact that, without taking any notes, he remembered every detail that we wanted help with.Finally we moved onto the master bedroom and bath.
