“Haik did an excellent job installing a sub panel for the kitchen remodeler to use for the kitchen circuits. He is a master electrician and a wonderful teacher besides. His detailed written quote was fair, and he was willing to explain everything, both before and during the install. After installing the sub panel he then went above and beyond and reordered the wiring in the main panel, which previous electricians had left in such a mess that it was very difficult to do anything in. “I has need for an electrician quickly after an SCE power surge did horrendous damage in my area. I spoke with Romin and he got back to me within a few hours to put my place back together. They arrived promptly and got to work right away. “We have worked with Tom and his crew for 20 years. Recently, we had them install an electric charging station in our garage, which they implemented with expertise and collaborated to make it aesthetically pleasing. They also repaired a sconce in the powder room that suddenly stopped working after the contractor painted our home. Three recessed lights had quit working, and they could competently offer a solution to the problem that they needed new transformers, saving us from having to replace the entire housing, patch, repair, and paint the drywall in the ceiling. They changed all the light bulbs in our outdated halogen light bulbs to LED. In addition, they were able to place an order for additional trim kits efficiently. The gentlemen were eager to provide hospitality and shared their expertise and experience to ensure our home lighting and electrical were operating at an optimized level for our home. Our photo sensors needed replacement on our outdoor lighting, and they had the parts accessible to do it all in one visit. The light bulbs on the staircase quickly changed with the proper ladders. “I can not begin to say how happy I am that I contacted Bernstein electric. David was able to show up at my house within an hour of my call. I had been told by other electricians that my 80 year old house needed to be rewired because I had several dead outlets. I was beside myself because like most of CA I'm unemployed and wasn't sure where I was going to find the money to do that. They were all trying to bilk me. David realized I had some loose wires. Huge difference than rewiring the whole house. Honest, fair and knowledgeable! This company rocks!!“

“Joe and team were great! They went above and beyond. I needed a 220 outlet for my electric car charger. Our electrical box couldn't be FURTHER from where the spot I wanted the outlet. Other electricians wanted to run a line around the base boarder of the house. But Joe was like, "No. We will run the line under the house through the crawl space." Makes SO MUCH SENSE! Not only did they instal the box for me, but they secured my charger and even attached the hose and handle cradle for me. While they were here I also asked them to add a GVC outlet in the back of my house and fix a faulty light switch inside. All the work was incredible and we couldn't be happier! “Luis Ramirez is the best! He and his team replaced my electric panel. Luis clearly explained what needed to be done and why. He and his team were prompt, thorough, polite and most importantly on time. The price was reasonable. When they were finished they cleaned up and as Luis promised left no traces of having been here except for the new panel. They also replaced a light switch for free in my bathroom ! Luis goes above and beyond for his customers. While I was very pleased with their work, a more recent incident is what prompted me to write this review. My smoke detector which is hard wired was beeping and continued to beep after replacing the battery. I called Luis for advice. He told me what to do but it still kept beeping. I called him again and he told me to remove all my detectors and the batteries because it was probably another detector. This didn't work either. He kept asking if I had any other detectors including a carbon monoxide detector. I insisted we didn't. He had a very busy schedule but wanted to help me out so he offered to come BEFORE work to see what was going on. I must have called him five times and each time he was kind , patient and really wanted to help. In fact he told me each time to call him back if I couldn't get it to stop. Well finally I remembered I had one person more carbon monoxide detector which was buried on a bookcase near the offending smoke detector. It had fallen off the wall and I completely forgot it was there. It was beeping its little heart out! I Immediately called Luis and we had a good laugh. Having a responsive electrician is so important. I have 100% confidence in Luis and recommend him and his team wholeheartedly.“

“9/17/2022This company does excellent electrical work. Our home needed to upgrade our electrical power boxes. The owner, Haim came to the home wrote an estimate and had his crew out to our house very soon to do the work. Their pricing I thought was reasonable. He and his staff are professional, helpful and patient; and they explain what they are doing. I was very pleased with the work. It is also noteworthy that when we had a problem with the power in our neighborhood, but mistakenly assumed it was our new power boxes, Haim came out on a Saturday to our home to help us check the power boxes. Of course the boxes had no malfunction, but it was a DWP problem in our area. Haim did not have to disturb his weekend to help us, but he did so and with pleasure.
