I had a wonderful prenatal class with saraswathi - so knowledgeable, so powerful and transformative. The space is large and full of light and all equipment is provided - she really took care of me with the right supports and blankets. A 2-hr class on a sat morning can seem long, but I really feel like this time is needed during prenatal time to open up and ease in and out of the practice. The time flew by! I’m leaving with lots that I can do at home as well to prepare for birth. I highly recommend for moms to be (if you are going between now and June I’ll see you there!).
WOW!!! If you know anyone pregnant or who has a young baby please tell them about this incredible postpartum class !
I mean you get to bring your baby—who will spend the 2 hours giggling and getting a baby massage and being cared for by incredible people while you get to do yoga that’s at a just right level for post birth. This is just an incredible class offering community and connection and healing. 10/10 cannot recommend enough
I cannot recommend Saraswathi’s postnatal baby and me yoga class any more highly! This class generally has 3 caregivers that will hold and play with your baby while you do yoga. The session includes movements with your baby, baby massage and singing, and then yoga just for the parents. She has decades of experience helping parents recover from birth. It is the highlight of my week. They also have everything you need there set up so just bring your baby and a diaper :)
