Dry Kings did a mitigation for me 4 years ago on a different property. There was water damage due to roof leak onto the ceiling. They also recommended an asbestos abatement company due to having the ceiling opened up and drywall and sheetrock demolished. They do a thorough job to ensure customer safety.
