Simply the best - we had a really serious hoarding issue that needed a full-service deep clean and purge. Very communicative and honest throughout the entire ordeal and I would recommend their services to anyone.
Steven and his crew (shout out to Denise !!!) did a great job as sanitizing a home I have been the trustee for. AND they did it twice in 3 years! First time was human waste (medically caused --) and a horrible stench from years of cigarette smoking in the home. The scrubbed the walls and removed the smoke smell and cleaned the floor of the waste. Then they hauled all the smelly furniture and blinds out for us.I had to call them back this year as COVID and the eviction moratorium had allowed a man who had rented a room in this home to move his girlfriend in with no way to get them out until early February of this year. in essence they became squatters.While we paid...read full review
We had a very unfortunate and difficult cleanup project and we needed quick attention to deal with it. Steven and the Bio-One team were excellent. Steven especially was thoughtful, careful, very responsive and professional. Work/cleanup was handled quickly and on time. I hope I never need them again but if I have a need like this again I highly recomend (someone passed away, unattended, and was not discovered for several days - and their living space was beyond being a mess)
