“I have been looking for the perfect person who can do my Jeans Alterations. I tried Nordstrom in Walnut Creek not satisfied I will give them Zero star if I can, do not waste your money . “Have been having my clothes cleaned here for 25 years. Anna and her husband are the kindest, nicest people, and they have gotten out every stain you can imagine for my 4 kid, very messy family. They have sewn couch pillows, fixed torn favorite shirts, hemmed dresses that were too long, let it back out once they grew...they are the BEST and they are always so sweet. For all the people that claim it is too $$- geez, ridiculous- they are worth every penny, and you absolutely get what you pay for. Excellent service, and wonderful people.“

“Have always had great and fast service from here, but $47 to hem 2 pairs of men’s work pants seems outrageous. A few years ago this would run $10-12/each. Definitely check with them the cost before hand because this was far more than expected at pickup (my own fault obviously for not clarifying beforehand).“

“Tried this local cleaners for the first time. I only brought in a sweater to try it out. A lady checked in me in and she didn't appear to be too friendly. Very serious face. I requested it to be folded not hanged so it won't make a mark in the shoulders and she wrote it in my ticket. It wouldn't be ready for 3 days and I was not in a hurry. The price was a bit higher than I expected for a sweater compared to the other places in the area I've used. Upon pick-up a very nice gentleman helped me. He was very friendly and he retrieved my sweater and asked what color it was. I saw that it was hanged and he proceeded to fold it and wrapped it plastic. We even had some small talk and he was super nice. I would come back to this place again because it's very close and convenient plus the gentleman made my pick-up visit much more pleasant compared to the drop off. Hence the 4 star.“
