She is obviously experienced in alterations etc. I have a small waist and larger hips, so pants never fit well without a tight belt and still wind up bulky and unflattering. I decided to get alterations for the waist of 4 pairs of pants/ jeans and they were perfectly fitted!! I literally couldn't find where they were altered. “Have always had great and fast service from here, but $47 to hem 2 pairs of men’s work pants seems outrageous. A few years ago this would run $10-12/each. Definitely check with them the cost before hand because this was far more than expected at pickup (my own fault obviously for not clarifying beforehand).“

“I have been looking for the perfect person who can do my Jeans Alterations. I tried Nordstrom in Walnut Creek not satisfied I will give them Zero star if I can, do not waste your money . “Tried this local cleaners for the first time. I only brought in a sweater to try it out. A lady checked in me in and she didn't appear to be too friendly. Very serious face. I requested it to be folded not hanged so it won't make a mark in the shoulders and she wrote it in my ticket. It wouldn't be ready for 3 days and I was not in a hurry. The price was a bit higher than I expected for a sweater compared to the other places in the area I've used. Upon pick-up a very nice gentleman helped me. He was very friendly and he retrieved my sweater and asked what color it was. I saw that it was hanged and he proceeded to fold it and wrapped it plastic. We even had some small talk and he was super nice. I would come back to this place again because it's very close and convenient plus the gentleman made my pick-up visit much more pleasant compared to the drop off. Hence the 4 star.“

“Just moved to the area and stopped by Organicare for an urgent request. My husband needed his suit cleaned for a work event the next day. They were more than accommodating and had our items rushed and ready in 24hours. They also didn't charge an extortionate fee for rush service. We have found our new cleaners!!“

I just want to add that I’ve been frequenting this dry cleaners for a couple of years now and they are always pleasant and helpful. But what astounds me is how rude and self righteous some of the customers are to them. It’s astonishing to me that people treat others this way. This is a great business and bless them for dealing with some of these outrageous customers…..a true gem in our neighborhood!
**(December 2024)Adding an update how much I truly appreciate this cleaners. They have updated lately and are now sending text messages when the clothing is ready. They were already great….but have moved to fabulous!!“

“They held onto my comforter without me calling for quite some time and it was only $50 to clean a king size. The strip mall where it’s located is awesome. Pizza, doughnuts (nice ones -$10 minimum), and boba!!!“
