I have never come across a more caring company. Dutch Girl Cleaners heard that I was in a terrible car accident that had resulted in many broken bones and that I needed extra help. I posted online asking if anyone could help me wash and dry my family's clothes. I'm a disabled Army veteran with three boys at home, and on a limited income. The Bay Area is filled with generous people. I had offers from strangers to do the laundry.
Most were happy with the $30 that I could pay but I had an incredibly generous offer from the owners at Dutch Girl. Joe and his wife (owners) offered to do all of my family's laundry, free of charge, until I was feeling better and back on my feet. They also included free delivery and pickup. I was speechless. It was an amazing and thoughtful gift! With three boys, it was a lot of laundry! Joe took care of everything and put me on the next route to be picked up. Within a couple of days, all of my laundry was delivered, folded, and smelling so much better. I used their cleaning service for 8 weeks. There was never a delay or problem with any of the clothes. They have a very easy-to-use app, and I was texted before and after every pickup. DGC lifted a heavy burden from me in a very desperate time of need. We all had clean clothes again, and it was one big task I didn't have to worry about during my recovery. DGC is a great company and epitomizes the meaning of a community leader.“
