I walked in with the usual dread of dropping off laundry, and walked out genuinely impressed. The place has that rare combo of feeling organized and welcoming at the same time, which is basically magic for a cleaner.
Everything came back looking better than it did when I bought it, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I’ve already told a few friends about it, and I’ll absolutely be back. Honestly, the only downside is that now I have no excuse to put off laundry day.
Best cleaners and alterations in the Walnut Creek Area. He is extremely nice and patient. Good price for the service you receive. We have been coming here for over 5 years! You are always welcomed with a smile and once he saw our car approaching he will have everything ready for us to take. I cannot recommend Marshall Steel Cleaners enough!
Seriously the best people and service I’ve ever found in a dry cleaner! My old dry cleaner blamed me for my clothes still smelling so I decided never to go back and came to Marshall Steel and they tried 2 different things (only charging me once) and fixed my clothes! They do great alterations as well.
