Sherry has been my go to tailor for many years now and she always treats me like a nephew. What made me give her the rating today is due to her efficiency. I needed a last minute big change on my suit and she told me it would take a week or so which would be too late for me. She told me she will take care of me and got it done in 2 days! It did not look sloppy at all even tho it was “rushed/prioritized”. She takes care of you, and provides excellent customer service.
I needed a dress altered for my brothers wedding and I needed it within a week… sherry at gateway cleaners made sure it was done earlier than expected. Instead of Monday it was ready on Saturday!!! The fit is perfect!!!!
