“GIVE THEM A CHANCE! I been going here for a couple of years now and yes there have been some changes made by BHS themselves trying to work in a better experience for us. The office girls are doing their best although they may be short staffed. I have to call back about twice but my messages are always heard and handled. Dr. Jordan Michelena is the best doctor ever. He takes good notes and he listens to everything. Of all the years I have gone to many dr.s but I settled with this Dr. Michelena I refuse to go anywhere else! Give them a chance they are the best!“

“Great health care. Friendly nurses, doctors and staff. Large waiting area, usually not a long check in wait either. Doctor's listen and allow the proper amount of time with each patient. They advertise a specialized doctor for the disabled kids and adults. Pharmacy located inside the clinic and a dental office too.“

“Eliana is absolutely amazing! She truly went out of her way to help me get an appointment when she didn’t have to, and she attended to me with so much grace, patience, and kindness. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, which is so rare these days, especially at the front desk of primary care offices. Not many receptionists take the time to be compassionate, but Eliana definitely does, and she rocks for that. She made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m so grateful for her help. The office is lucky to have her!“

“Kind and attentive doctors. I asked for a female doctor for a private exam and they were accommodating. The doctor was smart, patient, explained everything and made the experience comfortable. Been here a few times and they're great.“

“I've been bringing my boys Here for 6years now. I love how Doctor is so helpful with all my sons needs , she takes her time and makes sure to answer all my questions and my boys too. I have a 5 year old who has autism and Dr. Sultana as well as her staff are always so careful and caring with him. Tiffany is great my baby has a hard time with people but she always is so kind to him and always gets his injections done fast, it's always easy for me to call and and get my boys scheduled. I really appreciate Doctor Sultana and Tiffany for everything they do.“

“Dr. Grubbs is a great Dr. And was very helpful as well as his staff I was seen right away with my appointment even though Dr was a bit late. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.. To be honest idk how can people be so rude to someone that is trying to help them. I wouldn't put up with some of the rude sick people that come in and expect not to wait and demand to be seen right away.. I felt sorry for the poor receptionist she is always helpful with my kids and other people can be so rude. But overall they are always so helpful. Definitely recommend and they do walk ins.“

“This is the worst doctors office to attend if you know you know they need to train the new nurses!!!! people have been attending this office longer then they have working here and let’s talk about MARIA she needs to retire right along with the rest of the old people her attitude is outrageous“

“Dr. O Patel and her assist Daniel are very good professionals they listen to the patients concerns and have done an outstanding job on my left 2nd 3rd toes nails. The tech cut out the old nail growing out wrong due to severe trauma of both toe nails. Bith nails grew back, and the next visit, the tech trimmed n filed my toe nails. They also treated my athletes' feet and gave me some medicated cream for my feet. I was told how to correctly care for my feet, change socks daily, n wear shoes every 2 days for proper ventilation. They have bedside manners and are passionate about treating their patients. I rate them 5 stars.“
