Eliana is absolutely amazing! She truly went out of her way to help me get an appointment when she didn’t have to, and she attended to me with so much grace, patience, and kindness. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, which is so rare these days, especially at the front desk of primary care offices. Not many receptionists take the time to be compassionate, but Eliana definitely does, and she rocks for that. She made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m so grateful for her help. The office is lucky to have her!
