“First and foremost Nick is very professional and kind. Our water heater went out days before Thanksgiving. Nick installed a new water heater, but still could not get our hot water to turn on. We live in a condo and the electrician that our property manager had scheduled to come out and check the wiring was not able to make it. We were told it would be a few days until he would be able to come out. On Thanksgiving week! We really didn't want to go another day without getting hot water. Nick took it upon himself to bring in his trusted electrician. It took them most of the day but Nick refused to leave until he took care of the problem.
