“My regular vet couldn’t get me in for another week. Covina Animal Hospital got me in under two hours. No long waiting room wait time. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They made sure to explain everything and answered all my questions. I even got a fallow-up call tge next day.If I had a complaint it would be the cost. But EVERTHING cost too much these says. “Update 02/16/2024: (changing 1 star to 5 star) I got a text from Rosey. The business phone system has been down and sometimes work for more than 2 weeks now. And PetDesk doesn't work if you are a new customer. Unfortunately, my account has my daughter's phone and my appointment won't link. I finally got a new appointment and will be heading there in a few weeks.From my past experience, their veterinarians are all nice and easy to communicate with. My current dog is very happy with this place. they offer neuter/spay, vaccines and also have Xray and other pet services. They also sell dog food, I believe it's all Hill Science diet.02/15/2024I currently take my dog here and want to make an appt. Using PetDesk, I never get a confirmation. I called their number and left multiple messages and no one ever called me back.I have anew dog I wan to take here but the way their customer service works, I'll just go somewhere else.“

“I can't express the gratitude our family had when we put our dog's care under this place. It was so hard to say goodbye to our dog Happy but the staff and Doctor here were so trauma informed and caring. They provided water for our dog to sip at his final visit and made the process so difficulty free for our dog. It's not easy saying goodbye to our dog but this is probably the easiest it could have been for us given the price point and care from the staff. “TOP NOTCH! very efficient, professional & caring staff. Dr Yau is amazing and really knows her stuff ( internal medicine) - as with any specialty hospital advanced diagnostics and tests can get expensive but they are more affordable than other speacilty places in LA area and won’t charge for something they don’t really have to do.They are very good at setting expectations and explaining everything ( especially the medical jargon ). This is Not your normal vet clinic where the techs and receptionist are usually not the best with ppl or even animals. Everyone here is great“
“I took my cat here with no appointment after leaving an office that wanted me to stay in the parking lot while my cat got checked out, she had never been to the vet sick before so i didn’t feel comfortable not being with her… i called Via Verde Animal Hospital and they were able to reassure me i’d be in the office with my cat talking with the Dr, when i got there, even as a walk in, i was helped right away! everyone was super friendly and communicative, they gave me a few options for complete care with different price ranges so i could make the choice to do at home medication or keep my cat there for inpatient treatments, i felt they were understanding of my budget concerns and made sure my cat got everything she needed to get back to full health without breaking my bank. upon picking her up they told me how sweet and calm she was the whole time which eased my worries about her first vet visit and i know they were kind to her. They even called the next day to check in and make sure Mango was doing well with the take home treatment. Overall a positive experience even while dealing with the stressful situation of having a sick kitty. Thank you for your kindness Via Verde Animal Hospital team!“
