Bakersfield regional veterinary surgical specialty got us in on the next business day. The love, care and attention our baby received was amazing. The staff were very helpful and understanding throughout the process. Dr. B was absolutely amazing! We couldn't have asked for anything more. We paid a pretty penny but it was expected and worth it we just wanted our baby to be taken care of. I would recommend and take him back should he ever need it.“

“The staff and vet are incredibly friendly! I first brought in my dog’s litter, and they were always helpful whenever I had questions. They also made sure all the puppies received their necessary shots. Their pricing is fair, which is a big plus!

I still give them 5 stars, but be prepared for some wait times, even with an appointment.“

“They checked on my dog even tho we didn’t have insurance for 64 dollars, the whole bill including her medicine was 84 while other places wanted to charge us 90 dollars for an appointment! It saved my baby and my wallet“

“Never underestimate the hole in the wall, these guys went the extra mile for my cats spay, they discovered she a hernia and fixed it in the spay surgery process with no extra charge. If I went to any other vet in Bakersfield they would of up sold me for sure.“

“They estimated 2-4 hours, but I saw the doctor in less than 2. The doctor was kind. They took care of me and my dog. It was totally chaotic in the lobby when I first arrived, and everyone in front of the office was very professional. They did not oversell me on services and were clear on the estimate before proceeding with diagnostic procedures. It was expensive compared to a regular vet, but exactly what I expected from an emergency vet, reasonable for what it is.“
